Biografia:
Charlotte McKeough è cresciuta sulle belle spiagge del lago Erie, dala parte opposta di Cleveland. L’acqua l’ha sempre motivata. Con una formazione scolastica in belle arti e studi umanistici e una passione per la vela, una forte ispirazione deriva dal suo interesse per i materiali, sia tradizionali che moderni, usati nella costruzione delle barche a vela. Charlotte crede nell’integrità di un design che nasce dlale radici del tempo e del luogo, come un vino a “denominazione di origine controllata”.
Biography:
Charlotte McKeough grew up on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie, directly across from Cleveland. Water has always motivated her. With an educational background in Fine Art and Classics and a passion for sailing, much of her inspiration has come from her interest in the materials used in both traditional and modern sailmaking. McKeough believes in the integrity of design that is rooted in a specific time and place – something akin to the terroir of a wine.
