Biografia:
Nato nel 1972 , Laurent Corio lavora nel campo dell’Industrial Design e del Design Management.
Dopo molti anni di lavoro come product designer per importanti aziende come Bourbon, Moêt Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, BPI, Mugler Perfume, Lalique, Coca-cola, Laurent Corio, a 37 anni, ha dato vita a progetti propri che includono serie limitate, prototipi, collaborazioni con produttori, gallerie ed editori. L’idea di base del suo lavoro è quella di progettare prodotti in modo onesto per aziende altrettanto oneste ed eliminare tutti i confini tre le attività artistiche.
Biography:
Born in 1972, Laurent Corio works in the fields of Industrial Design and Design Management. After a long period in which he worked as a product designer for leading companies such as Bourbon, Moêt Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, BPI, Mugler Perfume, Lalique and Coca-Cola, the 37-year-old designer struck out on his own, designing limited editions and prototypes and establishing partnerships with producers, galleries and publishers. Corio's main focus involves taking a profoundly honest approach towards the design of products for equitable companies, eliminating – in the process – all boundaries between the different forms of art.
